Russia Moves to Ban ‘International LGBT Movement’ - The Moscow Times

Russia’s Justice Ministry said Friday it has filed a motion for the Supreme Court to ban what it called an “international LGBT public movement” as extremist, a move activists warned would effectively put all LGBT Russians at risk of criminal prosecution.

That too.

But I struggle to think of any local or national "activist" causes that aren't the same. I don't consider people actually doing shit for others (building houses, taking care of animals, giving to the homeless) as activists, just the ones screaming for CHANGE. They are either all transparent political movements, agitprop generators for cultural subversion, or grifters.
