Almost every Jew you ever hear talking about being Jewish outside Israel is "non-practicing." They couldn't name a thing about their religion beyond the couple events they might have been forced into as a child. Despite what they might claim outloud, they truly consider Judaism a race/ethnicity onto itself for themselves.
The actual religious ones, at least in America, are very different people and have actively been in open riots with BLM (and other black groups) for decades. So they'd never suspect them as allies.

Been off social media for years, but I know a conservative religious Jew from college who was always arguing against the leftists. Me and him probably agree with almost everything outside of things like who Jesus Christ is, but most aren't like him, as you said many Jewish people abhor their religious roots.
