For some reason I thought Tumblr had collapsed after they banned spicy content. That's why the pronoun hordes flocked to Twitter I thought? In any case, it's been mostly a blight on the internet, but I did enjoy things better when it acted as a fly trap for the degenerates.
It sort of did for the most part, but these kinds of woke companies are always kept afloat through shady investment and it's only until these investors have decided they've had enough of dealing with losses constantly they finally get the axe.
For example the guardian realistically should have keeled over years ago I could argue given they've been downsizing as well. However their funding comes from a pretty old investment fund that was set up by a now dead millionaire that's been keeping them afloat this whole time. However even deep pocketed investors as we're now seeing can't be constantly dipped into so it's delicious watching them all start going under.
