apparently part of the issue is the "eco friendly" washing up powders and liquids that "wash" things at 30 degrees

30 deg is apparently not hot enough to kill the bed bug eggs

I don't think a hot wash is enough. You need to super steam everything and put demetrius earth everywhere, uugghh.
