The only reason why racism might be different in China is because black people in China are tourists, if they were there working and living along Chinese people they would be telling them to go back to Africa in no time.

Koreans probably do that as well, but I've seen videos of Chinese passerbys beating and chasing Africans when they tried to harass local women (in Chyna). Johnny Somali wouldn't last a day in China

Beijing has police with AKs everywhere. It actually felt pretty safe if you were following rules and being respectful.

Safe like from being enriched by local diversity. I felt more safe walking downtown Beijing at night than any US city I’ve been to.
