Petty but you have a point, there are some people that look good with a beard and some that look awful with one. I'm the former, without I look like a teenager.
You have the mainstream calling for 'restraint' but I'm noticing ignoring them and the infiltrators celebrating the Hamas attack, there doesn't seem to be the push to hold Israel back. Even Saudi Arabia seems to be more on Israel's than Hamas side.
Feels like the general expression for Israel is 'do what you have to, we've given up trying for a peaceful solution'
I’m not sure where he’s getting the idea that Saudi Arabia is on Israel’s side. We’re not seeing anything resembling consensus support for <redacted> on this one. Basically any country that isn’t “unduly influenced” by <redacted> seems to be de facto on hamas’s side. Even a bunch of American leftist orgs and celebrities are sticking to their anti-<redacted> guns.
Last I heard they weren't outright supporting Hamas so for them to do that was a big deal. If they're breaking off relations then Saudi's are actually in a worse position unless Trump gets in again since the plan he made was softening relations to get more trade and business flowing.
If anything came from this, it might've cost the dems in America even more votes in 2024 to make cheating EVEN harder since it looks like the Jewish communities there are flipping for Trump because of Biden inadequate handling.
It was reported that SA hit the pause button on normalizing relations with Israel last month - so I don't think this was directly the result of the Hamas attacks, or Israel's response. Although, they have been pretty clear throughout the process that it hinged on peace between Israel and Palestine, so either way not much of a surprise.
Hamas have fucked themselves going after civilians though - that's dried up most of the sympathy people had for the plight of Palestinians. The pro Palestine rallies haven't done much to improve their image either.

I grew a beard entirely so I don't look as European. I kept having people assume I just got off the boat.
I took a plane for crying out loud.
Was your beard in a fashion that whenever you reached into you bag on the plane, people looked at your nervously lol
Even without the beard I got searched at every airport and got a letter telling me my bag was 'randomly selected' to be searched... In my bag.
I once wore a trenchcoat I'd been gifted to the airport. What do you know, I got randomly selected for everything. Whoops.
I just take carry ons and wear loose clothing when I go.

On the contrary, it has everything to do with settlements and jewish colonization in direct disregard of established peace treaties.
