Yeah, I mod an unrelated Discord - it's a duty, but a duty to something that I think merits it - I'm modding, not winning a Victoria Cross here...
Ehh, depends on what we're moderating and who our userbase is.
I enjoyed being an "Admin" on a Halo 2 modding forum before "mod" was ever a common used term.
I enjoyed moderating and growing the grassroots community I built.
I never enjoyed moderating for punishing or labeling people though.
It's more work than fun
