Precisely. They are complaining that people identified as non-binary, and then used he/him pronouns.
Congratulations, those aren't mutually exclusive. Non-binary he/him/his pronouns are entirely acceptable because "non-binary" does not exclude either men or women, it is an acceptance from Gender Ideology that "gender" is a spectrum.
And this is not me using their logic against them. They're switching to reality, only because their ideology didn't align with their tactical objectives. Suddenly "males" are no biologically determined, and not socially constructed. Suddenly "biological male" isn't a transphobic term and can be identified visually. Suddenly "males" and "men" are interchangeable. Suddenly the gender binary exists. And all only because women's privilege was threatened.
And let's be clear, it is "women's" privilege (both real women and fake transwomen). One of the complainants was saying that this was one of the "few" spaces in STEM where women could find opportunity. Bullshit. Back in my University days, there was nothing short of six different organizations advocating for women in STEM besides the colleges themselves, and the university itself. There were well over twenty different programs, grants, and funding opportunities. Every major employer had hiring preferences for women, and dedicated women internship programs; on top of the programs that were set up by the previous organizations.
Most of STEM is already fully supportive of non-men and non-whites and non-straights. It is only within the past 5 years that they've gone out of their way to now actively discriminate against those groups in a desperate attempt to pump up the numbers of other groups.
There is no advantage for men, it is an explicit detriment, and it is necessary for many men to lie in order to equalize their own opportunities.
That being said, you shouldn't. Notice the branding at the end: "Goldman Sachs"
Don't support your enemies. If they don't want you around, give your skills to people who do.
