Only way I would ever trust it is if the HFFs (Human Foreskin Fibroplasts) that are harvested were cultured and designated to the circumcision recipient as a contingency for future injury, or paid for in a type of royalty or stipend for further research with said cells; you know, so it doesn't end up in some chinese off-brand skin cream or in the elixir cabinent of some globohomo-adrenochromo vampire instead, especially if all of the supposed benefits of circumcision itself are lysenko af.
As of yet I have not seen specific information on the economic side of those studies. For all I know, the people who could afford a circumcision were the only ones accounted for and that comes with a number of implications across the board.
