Preying on hookers is serial killing 101 in terms of not getting caught, and I doubt tranny hookers have even that small modicum of people giving a shit about them (like pimps or regular clients). Even less so in the hood.

So it wouldn't surprise me if there were a bunch of guys just wandering their area cleaning up.
