Yeah, not just "black guy". Probably an Islamist.
i take more in to account the fact that he's black than his religion. Muslims dont behave like this. They cause trouble but not in this way, and ive seen muslims highly disapprove of his behaviour. Trying to provoke and annoy people for money , fame and fun is more a black people thing. Also i suspect he has handlers paying him to do this
I think that very much depends on the situation, and being black is way less relevant to a moral guide of his behavior than Islam is. Islam is a supremacist religion that sees other religions and people's as innately inferior and undeserving of mercy.
Now, in fairness, the exception to this would be if he was following the requirements to live in a foreign, non-Muslim, country. However, that didn't prevent the Pakistanis from raping children in the UK. Sometimes, Muslims feel that it is an imperative to treat lesser peoples as inferior.
You're right, it's not all Muslims, but it's even less for "blacks". It's more of an upper-middle-class American black national socialism thing.

And as i said when muslims cause trouble its in a different way from this guy who is being a public nuisance for fame and money. also he seems to have a Deep State handler thats funding him, he's being paid to do this which probably made him worse
We can see this isn't the case, even in the US during previous eras, let alone other regions. American blacks have been conquered by Leftism and imbued with the resulting National Socialism to such an extent that it has manifested as a cultural icon and is being exported by the US government as a mechanism of control.
British blacks never had this kind of normalized cultural violence or materialism prior to the 2000s. BLM in Britain is an explicit American import. This degenerate and violent culture is one of the reasons Africans have such animosity with American blacks.
They're not Communists, they are Race Marxists, which is the same as National Socialism. The political Left flooded Africa with "Race Marxism" during the post-colonial period, which is why you see people like the Ugandans. A regular Communist is far more materialist in nature than BLM is. Most of the Black Nationalist movement descends from Progressive Nationalism from prior to and during WW1. This is why W.E.B. DuBouis (an active Communist) was inspired to invent the term "Black Folk" after studying the Volkish movements on his trip to Germany.
