Can we say that there is a global conspiracy involving a large number of Jews -- by no means the whole race, but it does appear to be most of them IMO -- to restrict white and everyone else's speech about them. As they understand the consequences of people knowing what they're up to tend to result in expulsions and pogroms. But they don't want to stop doing evil.

This conspiracy manifests itself in accusations of antisemitism which isn't a thing as constructed by the ADL. One could have an irrational hatred of Jews just as one could be a schizophrenic. What of it's a rational hatred?
