I hope the people do what brings them the most success. If according to this I am sure economic scholar that option is moving out to "Africa", then they should do so, and improve their station in life.

Why would anyone want them to live in squalor, if they can have so much success elsewhere? It would be wrong to wish upon them that they remain here.
