This bill is redundant as I don't think there is a growing racist attitude to black people, I think there IS a growing resentment and anger towards African American people BECAUSE of the actions of the African American 'community'. Their saint is a guy that put a gun to the pregnant woman carrying his kid then dies because of a drug overdose during an arrest. The constant shoplifting and looting, the stupid 'ebonics' way they talk, the attacking of any black person wanting to better themselves through education and business not gang related. And this previous post shows they don't limit acting this way in America only.
People are getting tired of this shit from EVERY race including a lot of African immigrants and on the extreme end you'll get guys like this that just wants to wipe them out while on the low end, a growing indifference to any issues or complaints they have.
BLM behaves like they're trying to make everyone hate blacks. They only riot and cause a ton of damage, not to forget their body count and they've never once chosen a martyr that didn't do something to deserve their fate.
I'm going to disagree with you on this a bit. Poor black ghettos are as racist as they've ever been in the past 50 years since Black National Socialism dominated these communities and formed gangs. The problem that we are seeing now is that Black National Socialism is being imported from South Africa and disseminated among the the American black upper-middle class and middle-class. Historically Black Colleges actually used to be pretty good colleges. They are now racialist madrassas. Racialism and Segreationism is becoming moral and normalized among both the black and white upper-middle class in a way that hasn't existed in well over 70 years. This is because there is a racialist racket that is basically using racketeering and cronyism to make poor and middle-class blacks into upper-middle class racialism activists. I've said it before, but I had a mediocre manager once that was complaining that people weren't paying her enough for the speaking lectures she was getting. She was making $15,000 a year from speaking tours, because she was a low level manager in IT... who was a black woman. She also had her own separate side business promoting racialism in IT.
She was the one who suggested "White History Month" to me. She literally could not understand my opposition to it. She was a dyed-in-the-wool racialist. She must have thought white racialism would have been something I would welcome.
This racketeering is being used as a way to cultivate a racialist intelligentsia, and it is a huge problem.
The good news is that some poor blacks are pushing back in the form of rural blacks, black conservatives, and black entrapanuers. I think there's almost never been push back until recently. Gone are the days of Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell, and Clarence Thomas making up the entirety of the black conservative movement.
