Director Chad Stahelski, known for his work on John Wick, recently provided an update on his Highlander film starring Henry Cavill where he revealed he's not only looking to do a prequel, but hopes to turn it into a franchise.

If they could structure the movie with the sort of anxiety-riddled action from a movie like The Duelists, but in the Highlander universe, and with Stahelski's iconic eye for choreography and wide angles, it could end up being a modern classic.
