Many yearling horses are strong enough to surpass most adult men. The average white toddler is not higher in IQ than the average black adult. Your white toddler doesn't speak English, is several years out from having Theory Of Mind, only recently discovered object permanence, and scares itself when it farts. Your IQ of your toddler will rival the IQ of your dog, making your baby intellectually inferior. The distinction between horse and human is beyond obvious, but the intellectual distinction between white adult and black adult is irrelevant, and based solely on bigotry and motivated reasoning.
We're not talking about the 1% of black men who have an IQ of 71 and the 99% that have an IQ of 70%. That's not the level of overlap. (Even if IQ were the issue, it would solve nothing regarding the behavior of students that is purely cultural. It's like saying HSBC students can't be idiots because they're pre-selected for higher intelligence). The level of overlap is going to mean that the vast majority of all black people will overlap with the vast majority of all white people, particularly within countries like the US.
I'd like to see you make the argument that white students need to be segregated from classrooms from chinese and jewish students because of the innate intellectual inferiority of the white race, and their propensity for ill-discipline, laziness, and violence by comparison; since jews and chinese intellectual and educational superiority shouldn't be brought down by white inferiors.
Or maybe... just fucking maybe... we could discriminate by educational ability in schools.
