Mark Millar Claims Comic Book Industry Is In The Worst State It's Ever Been, Suggests Comic Book Legends Return To DC And Marvel...
Comic book writer Mark Millar, known for his Superman: Red Son, Civil War, Wanted, and Kingsman stories recently posited that the comic book industry is in the worst state it's ever been in and proceeded to share his idea on how to save it.
He means the legends who were all systematically chased out of the industry by sjws?
Some are still around, like Claremont. Unfortunately for me I'm not that big a fan of his because he repeatedly writes the same things over and over, namely his own personal fetishes. Why else do you think every female character he creates ends up as a lesbian and/or in fetish gear like any of the Hellfire Club members?
Could be worse, could be Tina Howard repeatedly writing the same things over and over because she gets doing so poorly her current series get cancelled. Again.
I could say "it only took three attempts for her to actually write her Betsy Braddock story" but the truth is all three attempts were the same telling done three times and horribly rushed as a result of the repeated cancellations.
To be fair though I think quite a few of these guys like a lot of industry experts saw the writing on the wall an retired early without any drama while they could and there will be some like that. If I were them and I did make a return I'd focus on my own IP because in a rare moment I will defend the midwits even if they are insufferable. They may have the best intentions, they just don't understand how bad the ESG and diversity requirements really are. Even then though it's hard for me to have sympathy because if you're an industry expert in any capacity and don't understand how bad the left is for your business you can stay retired.
