Its from the mid 00s ad campaign "I need feminism..." that was heavily pushed for a while. Very real and full of hilarious gold like this.
So if you know that guy but 15-20 years older than this image it might be the same one, because it is still very very old by internet standards.
If you have any more examples do share. Pointing and laughing at retards is always fun.
KYM has a good chunk of them all in one place, including some of the mocking followups people made.
Though apparently the campaign was in fucking 2012, so clearly I'm just getting so old I can't even fathom time anymore because it feels ancient instead of just a decade.
