No, teenage boys call them “milf” and “mommy.” And as much as you people like to pretend it’s not the case, gamers as a demographic lean male and young, so you’re bound to see comments like that.
Not to mention the entire can of worms that is women using “daddy” which I would be willing to bet is a lot more common.
