Universities can continue to target recruitment efforts at predominantly Black and Hispanic high schools even if race can’t be used as a factor in admissions, the Biden administration said in new guidance released Monday.
WE MUST DISCRIMINATE BY RACE USING ANY MEANS NECESSARY!
Well, since some black (and white) people were once slaves in the country, even if there's likely no family relationship between them and any previous slave, of course it'd be racist to expect them to make efforts. They deserve to have their entire lives paid for by people who never owned slaves.
There's a lawsuit local to me about changing the admissions criteria for a gifted high school. It went from everyone in the county competing against each other, and only kids who had parents that paid for tutors got in, to every middle school had a set number of students allowed meaning the kids re completing against a smaller grouping kids.
And the parents that were paying for the tutors got upset and sued because they're Asian. But, they made that obvious when they sued.
The problem is that private schools can use the old method. Public schools can't be out of reach of poor people. There was an article that said no stuxentabinvolvexnin sports got into the school. Only students that studied as their after school activity.
You noticed the reality of it at the the end. They are going to amp up alternative means to continue doing the same thing. You would have to be foolish to believe they are just trying to “motivate” students.

So pathetic. I know it’s pointless but I would love to ask these students don’t you want to be respected for your intelligence and hard work
Students: "whut?"
Yea pretty much
I'm pretty sure students these days are trained that intelligence and hard work are racist.

So far students per middle school has won.
HS near me did this. Was a top 10 HS in the country and they dropped outside the top 1000.
