The article is just normal leftist propaganda. What it was depressing was this part:
I dunno about that. No one ever checks sociology studies' numbers when they support academia's biases. Personally I remain skeptical that more than half the men in Australia are still going "yes please" to more diversity.
I have to believe that survey was a leftie audience or they have been brainwashed to worship at the altar of diversity
Hmmmm, I don't remember being part of that survey. Wonder where they found these cherry-picked households.
Only the most pozzed of suburbs located near universities probably.
Pretty much anywhere in inner Melbourne, I’d guess.
The question could very easily be, "do you like video games that have men and women in them?" and they get 87% "yes/don't care" and 13% "no (I don't like video games)" and then turn around and frame it as "everybody loves diversity!"
Daily reminder: everything they say is lies mixed up with a tiny bit of truth.
Or they asked "is diversity important in video games?" and 60% of people said "I don't know" because the question made no sense, and 35% of people said yes just because diversity = good.
They could have answered thinking "diversity" meant different types of games (FPS, RPG, etc) or that there's just a range of types characters (fit army man, fat man, etc)
Or just because they didn't want to sound like a "bad" person to the pollsters.
