Oh, this one? It seemed to me like there was an element of that. News stories conveniently left out everything between "this guy is dancing, some other guys show up" and the brawl. I just went ahead and assumed everyone in this story is nonwhite. I guess cuz NY and cuz I'm racist. I don't know if there was an ethnic conflict.
