A friend of mine got moved to a team that is manage by an indian and became full of indians in record time. They are actively hostile against any non-indian, stuff like not giving you proper permissions to do your job and then having to wait weeks before getting them, not sharing info, giving you bad assignments stuff like that.

And I've seen similar behavior in my previous company. Not only do they favor their own, they are very much hostile to non-indians.
