I think they slandered him for 7 years not for this, but to take him out, and when that didn't work - they're going to try it like this.

It's incredible, because this seems like a foolish move on the part of the regime. They must know that it doesn't really matter who wins in 2024. Even if Trump were to win, they could easily keep him on their side by flattery like they did in his first term.
