Abstract notions of racism via "disparate impact" are less of a problem than explicit, open, legalized, systematic, and institutionalized racial discrimination that is both written into law and enforced.
When you're complaining about "arriving on time is white supremacy", and the other person is complaining that they are being denied jobs, promotions, student acceptance, or aid explicitly because of governmental or corporate policy to engage in racial discrimination against them, their claim is the one that's relevant.
That's just on the denotative policy portion of the issue. The fact that the open white-hatred rhetoric is now thrown around with intensity and glee as a moral sentiment is appalling and evil. I do not accept, and I do not tolerate, this Hitlerian rhetoric being wielded against whites by Black National Socialists, and their White Sonderkommandos.
Obviously.
