They don't. Unlike certain races which hold past injustices like a security blanket they'll never relinquish, the Chinese instead decided to learn from it, and master it. Oh, they will horrifically destroy us, for sure, tortuous indeed. But it'll be a "nothing personnel, kid" mentality, it'll be just the most efficient and effective way to harm, not some revenge plot.
The bitterly ironic thing is that America and China have been reasonably good allies in the 'modern' era.
The US basically rolled up during the Boxer Rebellion and told Europe to get fucked(preventing China from getting turned into another Africa), China and US were both sitting at the Big Boy table post-WW1. Little things like that.
