That dude who hunted down and ran over a conservative teenager, then backed over his body, then claimed self defense from the evil rightwingers, had charges reduced to manslaughter, as I recall.
The "security" guy, Dolloff, who executed a Trump support in Denver had all charges dropped. This one really pisses me off.
Huge swathes of rioters, thieves, and murderers faced no charges, because they had the right politics.
The story I posted yesterday about the Portland killer who got gunned down by police probably would have gotten off easy if he hadn't gotten himself killed like the retard he was. And his family will still probably end up paid with our money. I don't celebrate his death, but I am rather relieved, as I have no faith justice would have been served had he been taken alive.
Meanwhile completely peaceful right wing protesters are still rotting in prison, various right wing groups are designated terrorist or criminal organizations, and conservatives are going to jail for defending themselves, or for protesting abortion events, or protesting vaccine mandates, or what have you.
The law is a joke to these people, a bludgeon to be wielded against their enemies and spared from their friends in the streets. The legal profession and the courts are but two of the institutions infiltrated and captured by the left: why would they, whose worldview ultimately boils down to a great struggle between the oppressed (who can do no wrong) and the oppressor (who can do no right) not then use those institutions in service to their interest and against their rivals?
Nothing is going to fundamentally change until right-wingers start enacting lethal vigilante justice against not only leftist footsoldiers, but also any pigs, lawyers and judges who insist on trying to protect them. This may seem like a statement that glows, but I am simply making a statement and observation of fact, not a call to action (as if it'd be a good idea to do it here anyway). In the end no amount of force which Trump wanted to deploy only to keep getting undermined by his own generals and law enforcers, peaceful 'thin blue line' or MAGA counterprotests, etc. put a stop to 2020's Summer of Love: only Kyle Rittenhouse's bullets did that.

There's also quite a bit of hubris by the left at play here IMO. I think they legitimately believe that once they get 51% of the votes everywhere they can just force through whatever they want and the rest of us will just have to live with a boot on our face forever because "hur dur, it's a democracy and majority rules". It's why they went after the January 6th people so hard, because the event gave them a glimpse of how things could go if the 49% simply said "nah, the game is rigged so we're not going to play by those rules anymore".
And this is the fundamental problem we face: what do you do when the foundational political and legal system of the country has become so distorted that it's impossible to have your interests represented through the legal mechanisms ostensibly available to you?

And, unfortunately I think you're probably correct. It's hard to imagine getting out of this mess without some glow-adjacent actions. The system is just too captured, they won't let us get out peacefully. Hopefully their own tyranny will be their undoing.
