yet back here in the real world, most of the strongest women in history by powerlifting records are so weak by men's standards that men don't even bother to get those lifts certified. a few years ago, before biological males were allowed to compete in women's brackets, if you benched 230 lbs, you were one of the top 1000 strongest women in history. yet if you bench 230 lbs as a man and brag about it, people will look at you like a fag. you're so far out there that most guys who can do 230+ don't even bother to get it certified. it'd be like trying to get a 20 minute mile certified. people would be asking whether you're in the paralympics or special olympics.
i'm pretty big, so i'm rather strong, but i have no delusions in thinking i'm even close to as strong as someone like eddie hall. my quite conservative girlfriend both hates it and loves it when she goes to wrestle, and with a single arm, not even trying, i can counter literally her entire body weight.
guys have massively higher muscle mass, bone density, and twitch reflexes.
