It was an incredibly stupid move by Musk to lock down public access. That's like their #1 selling point. Incidentally I still can't access it without an account...
Are you using a VPN? It looks like they are doing a netflix and blocking anything that won't allow them to PII you.
I haven't been able to access twitter for 10 days now?
I don't know what Elon is thinking but civilization will march on pretty quickly and twitter will be left like a dead possum along the side of the road.
