Only gay group I recognise is gays against groomers since they identify and acknowledge the grooming problem with the 'gay community'
Everything else is just nonsense since only attention seekers highlight their sexual preferences as the lost important identifier of their being, normal people only bring it up when it's required like when they date.
I've mostly stayed out of the Trump/DeSantis slap fights on this site despite having a clear preference, and it should obviously be noted that Trump isn't the one making this accusation. With that out of the way, this is the kind the of shit that's going to fuck us all over. They should be fighting over who's the better conservative, not making cause with the left to knife each other. I'm not familiar with this faggot group so I don't know if they have a history of being fifth columnists, but they've outed themselves as leftist LARPers either way.
Here's the tweet in question, which you unfortunately need to log into a Twitter account to see:
This is exactly the kind of thing DeSantis should be attacking Trump on, and if Trump has similar dirt on DeSantis he should return the favor. The fact that a leftist rag like AP is amplifying this attack tells you all you need to know about who this faggot group's real master is.
If candidates attack each other from the right, it is very good as the Overton window shifts further to the right regardless of which candidate eventually wins the primary.
Right now Trump 2024 campaign surrogates like Richard Grenell and Alex Bruesewitz are attacking DeSantis from the left on the issues of LGBT. race, COVID and abortion.
This is just playing into the left's narratives.
This reaffirming of leftism needs to stop and Trump should instead try to attack DeSantis from the right on stuff.
If DeSantis wants to impress me he's going to have to go full 2015 and start saying he will deport faggots and niggers into the sun using SpaceX or something.
There is nothing desantis could say that would convince me his presidential bid is a good idea. We need strong governors. I like the man as the governor of florida - getting a coalition of conservative governors is a potential route to begin tackling federal overreach. Desantis reaching for president in the current environment is short sighted and self centered, and a tacit surrender to uniparty controlled "elections".
People I've had discussions with who actually support desantis presidential bid have admitted to me that they reject the evidence of their own eyes when shown proof of fraud, because it is too big for them to believe. They are blind and it is a form of copium they engage in, tricking themselves into believing that trump actually lost to avoid confronting the reality of our situation.
I've been saying this since the first time I saw someone suggest Desantis run for president. The Federal government is too corrupt to be fixed by replacing one man. We need to start smaller and work our way up, assuming that it's even possible to be fixed.
Desantis seems to be doing a good job as governor, but that's all going to be wasted if he becomes president. They won't let him accomplish anything meaningful at that level. Even if he did somehow get elected, it would just be a waste of time and leave Florida open to having another tool like Jeb as governor.
I mostly agree. He wouldn't be the worst president, and I could conceivably vote for him if I think he beat Trump fairly with no shenanigans. But I would do so extremely reluctantly. For all the good DeSantis has undeniably done, I've never trusted him, and I think he's a snake.
Most importantly, as you say, a vote for him shapes the GOP in ways I really don't like. A vote for DeSantis (again, despite the good qualities I do believe he has) is a vote against "MAGA."
Simple as that, at least in my eyes. The DeSantis camp wants to roll back a lot of the good Trump did for the political landscape.

Let's put it plainly, homophobia just makes me feel better about DeSantis.

Whew at least he's not antisemitic
Nice try DeSantoids, but I'm still voting Trump.

Dishonest Trump shillery. The same group, to its credit, backed the Parents' Rights Law in Florida.
