I've been watching everyone from the beginning, and here's what I've seen:
Carl's Dadism has a major effect. Having kids and living in the UK is a major concern. His fucking 12 year old daughter tried to tell him she was bisexual FFS, and he lives 2 steps away from a horde of illegals that have subjugated the local hotel. He's on full-scale "Protect" mode.
Connor is entirely fighting with the media and back-end politics, and is a rampaging catholic, who's watching the Anglican Church trying to canonize George Floyd, and defile churches with Pride Sermons; all while watching the Conservatives, the media, and the church, kill the country with whatever weapon is available. He also lives in London and has to dodge stabbings on 2 hour trip to work at the office each day, while the Hindu-Paki Race Riots continue.
Harry's decided to go almost full "Evola Said Nothing Wrong" because the UK Libertarians are effectively Koch Brothers Corporatists who think that Libertarianism exists to protect the rights of real people: corporate citizens; and not disgusting plebs. All while the actual Libertarians look soft on crime, considering how out-of-control it is (along with the 9,000 girls a year who are raped by Muslim grooming gangs) in a country that literally allows pedophiles to apologize and not be arrested.
Dan's like a lot of very smart people I know: they see the cracks in the system, and start putting together shit that doesn't make any sense because they don't trust anything. Which is why he's moved to his whole: the moon landing was faked position.
Callum is just full-black-pill "fuck it, I'm going to have fun while the country dies" mentality. Which, at least makes him fun. Good memes.
Beau, believe it or not, is probably the most openly reactionary; but doesn't really speak to it much. I think he's even more in favor of the Bloody Code than Carl is. He just straight up wants to execute parliament. Like, all of them.
Stelios & Josh actually have the strongest heads on their shoulders; both mostly from their very analytical backgrounds.
Tradcon, sure. NeoCon? No way. No Neo-Cons anywhere near them.
Callum's black-pilled because he's kind of black-pilling himself
I think that's growing pains between essayist content and panel discussion. I think with the larger studio and 3 panel episodes, they're going to have no choice but to limit the essay portion for the panel discussion.
I think this is a standard problem for conservatives of struggling with the symptoms of a sick society, and taking it for the causes. Yeah, there is a point of something like video-game addiction or media-diet that can wreck your psychology; but the point is that these mechanisms wouldn't be profitable or common place if the foundational degeneracy of society was dealt with.
It's like: Simping is probably one of the most destructive modern cultural phenomenon of our time because it facilitates para-social-sexual relationships with hundreds of men, and makes sexual exploitation of women extremly accessible, poisoning everyone. But the foundational problem isn't simping. The problem is the broken homes, bad parenting, and social isolationism that is institutionally supported and incentivized across society. The women are looking for easy money and attention because of the social conditioning to value materialism and social affirmation through others, because they never developed a proper level of self-confidence and security from their absent fathers; meanwhile them men are beaten-down by social isolationism and institutional / systemic hatred of them and masculinity as a whole; while also working only for materialist purposes in a atomitized social environment; so they don't value themselves and are resorting to simply paying to mimic the idea of an intimate and alluring partner.
They typically hit on the symptom, and then try to use the government enforcing morality, failing to realize that morality can't be cultivated through the barrel of a gun, and the social failures that caused the degeneracy in the first place weren't addressed.
