The 'wartranslated' guy seems to be batshit crazy.
He's quite partisan however he does do some valuable translations. All of the links I posted are partisan to varying degrees. As you use Twitter, you get good at being able to take the objective value of things people post without necessarily believing the biased stuff they throw in the mix, at least to the extent that this is possible.
Maybe his translations are good (I don't have any way to check), but his 'analysis' can't be anything but trash if he believes in Putin body doubles. I use this account for translations: https://twitter.com/MyLordBebo
