It’s interesting, though, that so many of the issues see both sides close in concern. Like, we all agree on inflation, violent crime, ability to work together, and addiction as being important concerns. But as a consequence of that agreement those issues are considered boring, even though they’re among the most important. Instead the media pushes the ones with the greatest divide, which not only helps maintain or increase that divide but also makes people think the other side is their irredeemable enemy. Like, I hate progressives as much as the next member of this forum, because I think progressives are psychotic extremists who like to fuck kids. But I could probably get along with a “mere” liberal on most of the “boring” issues. Unfortunately the mere liberals are so scared of the raging progressives that they’ve become beholden to them, so even a liberal who was concerned about progressive kid fuckers is too scared to say so and has to pretend that he (1) supports the progressives and (2) hasn’t noticed how much the progressives want to fuck kids. It’s sad. Sometimes I think the only difference between a conservative and a liberal, as both are differentiated from a progressive/wokie/SJW/pick your term, is that one isn’t afraid to point out what what the progressives really are and the other is afraid.
