We've known this for a while. The reason we call him "Two Stacks Joe Biden" is because a Chinese financier basically said that Chinese Finance could dominate the world economy through it's investment schemes, and could manipulate powerful foreign governments b giving it's political leaders "two stack" heavily implying he was talking about the US and POTUS, specifically Biden.
