To be clear about the significance of this, the Reclaim party is one of many dissident parties in the UK. I'm sure he's trying to signal boost to get attention for his party as opposed to Nigel Farage's party (Reform UK), but I do believe this is a crime in the UK.
He may, in fact, be arrested for this. He may be fined, or even potentially jailed if the government wants to.
The government may actually chose to ignore it, as the Labour Party is desperately attacking the Conservative party from the right, and re-embracing a Fabian Socialist strategy to regain lost northern-english voters. The "woman" question basically has Labour tied entirely in knots, and they are hoping to ignore much of the issue.
as the Labour Party is desperately attacking the Conservative party from the right
It's hilarious, and a real indicator of just how fucking useless the Conservatives are. It's so fucking embarrassing that, even as an act, fucking Labour can legitimately attack them from the right. They actually basically blamed the Conservatives for not being conservative enough, and for not stopping Labour's own insanity. 'Hey, you fucks, it's your job to stop us from being so insane, but you're too retarded to stop us. So, uh, vote Labour or something.'
God, UK politics just seem like a clusterfuck, even by American standards.
It means that the Fabians really did get the message: The Trotskyists went to hard, and they are causing blowback. The Left did the same thing in the late 80's and 90's (which is why it felt like a unified peace). After pushing hard on Socialism in the 70's, they re-tooled, pushed corporate aesthetics, a bit of right-wing narratives about crime, and proceeded to make everyone think that they were never rabid communists in the first place.
Ever wonder why the Leftwing party in America stopped being represented by the universally recognized Leftist red color? You ever think that might have to do with Nixon and Reagan winning the largest electoral landslides in history and the Dems trying desperately to re-frame the entire argument so that they didn't appear as Socialist as they are?
If the Fabians succeed, the populist revolt dies. That's how they work. It's what the term means. They are highly competent, and very dangerous.
I doubt they will target HIM for this but they will target everyone around him because he's too influencial
They did the same thing before when he retreated how 4 of those 'progressive' flags together perfectly make a swastika. They went after another person than him directly, they haven't got the balls to pull what is currently happening in the US.
I think representative democracy is convenient and useful but my preferred system for MPs would be a hybrid where you can vote on issues or you can choose someone to represent you, chosen by continuous votes of confidence rather than periodic elections. MPs get a number of votes based on how many people they represent, and only MPs with >x% confidence get to vote or propose issues, so it would still encourage building coalitions of interest and a not-ridiculous number of MPs. You would be able to veto your representative on any individual issue which reduces their confidence % at that point, which if it drops below the threshold undoes their vote.
Also non tax payers should not be allowed to vote on any funding or tax proposals.
The problem is that we have a lot of employers that will fire you on the spot if you do this on your own. If you just burn a Queer or Race Revolution flag and post it to Twitter, the lynchmob will absolutely come for you.
I'm not sure how to make businesses disinterested in politics at this point to make it safe for people to make these kinds of dramatic political statements in public.
I suppose, in the long run, making it hell for people on either side is probably the fastest way to make businesses say: "I don't give a shit, he didn't do it on the clock."
The political right needs to eventually make corporations fear them like they fear the political left.
It will require elected GOP officials to stop being corporate libertarian cucks who hide behind the free market excuse whenever they are asked by the base to fight back against corporations pushing leftism.
DeSantis's fight with Disney needs to become the norm and not the exception.
The day of corporatist squish Republicans like Romney is over.

It's far more dangerous than just funny.

I forgot they went after someone else for that.
ABSOLUTELY HARAM
What if we ban political parties?

I appreciate anyone who will speak clearly.
And act clearly as well.
It's not enough to say "No', but to do "No" as well.
Great. Need to see much more of this, but in public, not in the back yard.

Almost no one in the GOP is a Libertarian. Corporatism is Syndicalism, both are anti-free market.
I am talking about AEI, Club for Growth and AFP and the generic Chamber of Commerce GOP candidates they push.
We can argue about whether they are really "libertarian" but they certainly call themselves "libertarians".
We need less of these type of people elected regardless of what we end up calling them.
Yes, yes. "Koch Brothers Liberatrians"
"Corporations are people" Libertarians.
They're Syndicalists. They're Leftists. They must be (ideologically) purged.
Lolbertarians.
Speaking of Koch, they've also gone woch: https://archive.is/vnXDE
That's not an accident. "Woke Capital" is just Fabian Socialism.
They need to do it on this street.
