I was a little confused of the surgeon's description of herself as a woman and transgender, but not a transwoman.

Was she suggesting that she used to LARP as a man but now identifies as a biological woman again.

Or was she a biological male troon who rejects the "transwoman" label and demands to be referred to as simply a "woman"?

Or is she claiming some middle road non-binary BS?
