Literally none of these things happened.

In order:

1. No tiki torches at any protests, even the Nick Fuentes one.
1. Literally no one was wearing masks except for the Feds, and then sometimes even the feds didn't wear masks.They are imagining "what would MAGA Black Bloc" look like, and run with that.
1. Literally no damage to DC anywhere in any residential neighborhood. Even in the Capitol itself didn't have a single fire. Broken class, occasional mess, a senator literally picked up some plastic bottles and it was treated as a news event. Now... the BLM riots you funded on the other hand...
1. No white supremacists were kept out of the city, but populists were, and they all went home days before you saw those humvees. Big reminder: even when you are there to protect them: the Left still hate you for your perceived political crimes.

There was in fact a bunch of damage in a residential area - where the leftist protest / homeless camp had been set up for WEEKS. The election fraud protest didn't go into the residential area.
