It's all about Askeladd. If he wasn't such a good bastard character, the series wouldn't have gone very far. Highly recommend the Sentai/HiDive dub, because David fucking Wald.

Yes, he's the only character in the show I like at all at this point & he's explicitly supposed to be the villain.

I get that Wald is better than the Netflix dub, but he still comes nowhere near the original Japanese.
