I've been to plenty conventions, and weight or gender or fucking anything never stopped a person once. Not only has it never stopped, its so uneventful and common literally no one cared unless it was a fat chick desperately trying to shove herself into latex or similar and you could tell it was struggling.

Likely, this entire thing is because they are mad that no one actually cared and thereby they got minimal attention over hotter chicks. And that attention was purely because Conventions exist 75% for freaky nerd hookups, and fat chicks are the most willing.
