Was catching him on MSNBC at the gym where he was “explaining” his reasoning for the veto and spouted that little gem, which is in direct violation of the 10th amendment and the whole reason it’s even in the Constitution.

When an office holder says anything that directly contravenes the law/constitution he should be held in contempt by a meeting of a citizen's constitutional court where the appropriate punishment is quickly imposed.
