No I haven't noticed that. Libs posting their Ls online doesn't win us anything significant. I'll say we've turned a tide when we start seeing based college professors and CEOs steadily dropping red pills in public and not facing any consequences. Like a lot, not just Elon. Or movie/TV execs announcing that people are tired of queer minority representation and they're going to cast more straight white males. If they won't openly say that because it's not PC, then we're not winning.

(sorry if that's too negative... I can look on the bright side of things and have hope but saying they are losing the culture war is a bit much)
