Because there isn't a list of missing attendees because they aren't missing. It's funny how 10,000 protestors were turned into ground beef by nork super soldiers but the only proof is the eye witness accounts of protestors who were there and just happened to have CIA connections that allowed them to escape to america and get cushy university jobs.
