or become a hybrid clusterfuck of broken systems.

Even that’s overwhelmingly generous. They will have to cake themselves in makeup everyday, have numerous cosmetic procedures, be entirely dependent on “medical care”, and dies a few decades early because your body has literally been screaming at you to stop the entire time.
