AIs can do the voices, but they cannot ACT.
Neither can most background voice actors in games. Ff15 cast a young black man with blaccent to voice many, many minor characters and vendors. When the old white man sounds like a young black dude, it’s jarring.
True, having such an accent should really limit what you can do.
Not every black VA can be as good as, say, Beau Billingslea.
