“Appropriate” attire for women, as defined by the memo, includes not showing “excessive cleavage” and says skirts must be “within four inches of the knee” (however, “pants and Western apparel are allowable"). The expectations for men, on the other hand, are essentially to wear button-down shirts and socks, according to the memo published by the Observer, though shirts “must be tucked in.”
You work for the Department of Agriculture, if they want you to dress nice you probably should remember you chose to work for the Government.
It almost sounds like they're trying to complain the women's dress code is oppressive compared to the men's dress code, when the women's dress code INCLUDES all of the male dress code as options!
Also I think at this point it would be so nice to either tell people who think they are the opposite sex to get help or if adults want to pretend they are the opposite sex then that’s fine but nobody is obligated to placate their delusional mind. Just annoys me because you have so many mental conditions but this one is special.

I said that to a coworker today. She became a supervisor of sorts, and now we had a weird problem.
"So... Since you're in charge now, can I wear swim shorts to work?"

You made a mistake regardless then
Bringing your fetish into the workplace should already be banned under sexual harassment laws. Shame those aren't enforced equally.
I like the idea of calling LGBT sexual harassment.
Give it another 10 years, and none will be.
