It's honestly a brilliant intellectual checkmate against centuries of muh equality from the feminists.

Are men and women equal? Then trans women are real women.
Are men and women not equal? Then women are inferior to men, as shown by all the "fake" women BTFO-ing every world record led by "real" women.

Absolutely no one in the Cult of Equality wants to admit the latter blasphemy, so they just ignore it.
