These sites aren't really even reporting it right.

It's not about "if gay near kid call police"

As far as I'm aware it's more like: if you see a gay couple which has not adopted children and are not part of any family, and you see minors living with that couple, then you may make a report.

And yeah, its simply a good idea to call the police if you see unrelated minors living with random adults.
