It always has been. AGP is a very real thing and effects probably more than half of the MTFs (the other half are just broken depressed shells getting groomed).

Also its one of the most actually womanly things about them. As in, this huge abusive rape fetish they have that they hide under "political concerns." Handmaid's Tale is the most common example.
