I think every woman in a position of corporate power today was put there for optics and are thus, entirely, incompetent for their jobs.

The reason they're so bitter and hateful is that they're the most political, man-hating feminists, the ones most able to use "discrimination" as a weapon against male coworkers.

The reasonable and fair women are also not being promoted for competence (although they're less likely to be in the top tier of performers either) so you'll never see them in charge, even if they exist.
