Worse. The article is reporting on complaints that people with sesame allergies can no longer eat these foods, which means they could before. It’s not cracking down on illegitimate claims, it’s adding completely unnecessary regulation that is so burdensome that many companies chose to shrink their market instead of follow it.
Of course, the article only reports it as “muh companies bad.”
